Internet viruses appear to have been involved in electronic voting problems in Sarasota Florida, according to a Computer World report. It seems that the machine malfunction was not he only problem. Registration rolls were compromised by this Internet virus. The details are in the report.
Naturally, this should make us all take yet another look at electronic voting and Internet voting. With standards so loose across the nation, it seems to me that the Free and Fair Elections Amendment is just crying for our attention.
